August Newsletter 2021

Hello Everyone,
Making sense of what you have in your closet is key to simplifying your everyday "what should I wear " dillema. Knowing what your day looks like the night before, is the easiest way to have a stress free morning. When I know I am taking a yoga class the next morning, I prepare my workout clothes the night before and pack my workout bag. If it's a work from home morning - it's lounge wear for me. I take a moment on Sunday evenings to check my week ahead - meetings, workouts, appointments and any obligations are all on my calendar. This simple habit helps me prepare for the week. It takes me 10-15 minutes on average to know what I am wearing, because I know where I am going and my closet is organized. When I start my day, I set my intention.
The first thing I do every single morning is have gratitude. There's always something to be grateful for - health, sun, rain, kids, abundance, food, freedom. Take a moment and think - what am I grateful for today?
when you have clarity and purpose, you are on the path to have a great day. The only thing left to do is put that big smile on your face and seize the day ... :)
Now go and have a great one!
With gratitude, Ayellet.
MAKE SENSE OF YOUR CLOSET
Separate by category. Your SUMMER wardrobe should be accessible to you this time of year. Keep your off season clothes tucked away. Then divide and conquer by:
- Workout clothes
- Work clothes
- Everyday clothes: shorts, jeans, chinos, tee-shirts ...etc
- Lounge/sleepwear
- Dressy tops/dressy jeans/going out clothes
- Dresses (Day dresses/work dresses/going out dresses /special occasion dresses)
FALL SNEAK PEAK
The perfect transition piece from Frank & Eileen just arrived. Eileen’s relaxed fit flatters every figure and exudes a casual effortlessness. But the best part is: she’s generously cut. Tuck, tie or toss her on over…anything (a tank, a tee, even a swimsuit!) She's the easiest-to-pull-off shirt and looks incredible dressed up or dressed down. This is a style to live in—and love—forever.
